Executive Chef Greg Reynolds, JW Marriott Marquis Miami

Recently appointed Executive Chef of the world’s first-ever JW Marriott Marquis, Chef Greg Reynolds opened the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel and Spa in 2007 and served as the executive chef for the opening of the Marriott New Orleans at the Convention Center where he helped the hotel win ‘Best in Class Operations Hotel’ of 2006.


Executive Chef Reynolds has been working in the culinary field for 20 years, bringing an abundance of experience from all over the United States. With hugely popular menus with fresh quality ingredients, Chef is committed to working with local producers for extraordinary culinary results. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Chef Reynolds believes in hiring great attitudes and smiles and training the rest.
